  Nov. 1988. Expansion.
Company capital was increased to NT$ 5 million with 5 shareholders.

Company was reformatted to Co. Ltd. with 7 shareholders.
  Dec. 1992. Relocation.
Company was moved into the present address in the Wu-Gu Industrial Park. Sales and R&D departments were also expanded.
